Introduction	I am a food lover, anywhere I go for holidays or where I live, I try to find new food experiences. We are now living in a period where food is being rediscovered, in time of abundance. Organic, seasonal, fresh, sustainable, new terms are being used, we search for exciting new Ethnic ingredients, now available in most supermarkets offering ingredients from all over the world, we never had so many Food shows on TV, now a Cook reached a new level of appreciation, everybody tries to be one, now they are called Celebrity Chefs! The main reason I have decided to write this blog is to share my passion and have a personal record. I am a curious human being who loves food and travelling.
