Introduction	People are often so cavalier when it comes to their health. I have worked in assisted living facilities, as a private health care aide, and taken care of family and friends with some very serious medical conditions. In most cases, I have found that they were either under informed about their condition, or simply did not understand the information that was presented to them. I firmly believe that the more you know about the challenges ahead of you, the better equipped you are to fight.
Favorite Books	I have only met a handful of books that I didn't like. Asking me to pick a favorite is like asking which hair on my head I like the most.
