|Introduction||I have a fabulous career, which is why I don't blog about it ~ I'm working hard to learn how to forgive (really, really hard) ~ perhaps if I worked harder, I'd already know how, but it's not something that comes naturally to me ~ it's work, but I'm willing to work when the benefit stands to equal or surpass the risk ~ and that leads me to running... it's super hard work for me, it doesn't come naturally (to me), but wow ~ the benefits are phenomenal ~ this blog will chronicle my struggle with the areas of my life that aren't naturally easy ~ (1) maintaining my weight without succumbing to one eating disorder or another, (2) developing a consistent running habit (yes, I know that's a bit redundant but it's that important!), and (3) learning to forgive or having the courage to say that I can't, so that we don't prolong the pain.|
|Interests||Running (cheap therapy), yoga (once again ~ therapy), cooking (yummy therapy), my kids ~ who bring me more joy than I ever imagined possible.|
