Introduction	I am a sort of service design freak who decided in November 2009 to take time to understand service design profession and market and to work in that exciting field… I have a Master’s Degree in Strategic Design (Politecnico di Milano) and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Ecole Centrale de Lyon & Politécnica de Madrid) with experience in service marketing. I am trying to read, listen, and learn as much as I can about service design. And I put some of those discoveries in this blog.
