Technical, worked in electronics for many years, also industrial tech sales. Speak Spanish fluently enough (35 years of fluency) that in Mexico they often mistake me for an Argentine. Have done professional translation. Speak enough German and French to get along in rural areas without English. Been in Europe five times, Latin America many times. Lived several months each in Argentina, El Salvador, then Guatemala, at widely separate times during life. Visited Mexico four times. Born in Pennsylvania, grew up mostly in Tennessee, last three years of elementary school in Mississippi. Lived in Chicago 2 yrs, Cambridge, Massachusetts 5 yrs., Iowa 22 yrs, Florida 2 yrs, North Carolina since August 2006. Master of Music degree from UF.
