| Introduction | My name is Jorge Calderon, educated as a Chef in the Gastronomy Sueperior College in Mexico City and trained professionaly with over 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality indistries. My experience is varied from being a prep Cook at a Kibbutz in Israel where I remember dropping a huge trolly rack full with roasted chicken, and after the whole adrenaline, that's where I decided to become a Chef, to a Corporate Chef at Andersons in Cancun Group to a Hotel General Manager at Bahia Hotel Los Cabos, and after publishing several articles at LinkedIn, I connected with the Owner of a paradisiac Resort in Boquete, Panama, where I'm consulting regading their F&B cost control and other several areas. |
