| Introduction | My name is Ashley Herrera and I am currently enrolled in the course LS5663 Poetry for Children & Young Adults at Texas Women’s University with Dr. Sylvia Vardell. This class is my last course before taking my practicum in Fall 2021 with graduation in December. I am currently a preschool teacher and have taught at the elementary level for eight years. I have truly enjoyed working with school age children and am looking forward to becoming an elementary school librarian and continuing to instill a love of reading in children. |
