| Introduction | Hello! Thanks for stopping by. I am Sharyn Deans. I was born and raised in Queens, New York. I have lived in Miami, Florida for 15 years and in central Florida for the past 5 years. Prior to my career in real estate, I have been in public and private accounting for about 15 years. My area of specialty was multifamily housing industries where I performed audits and accounting services for the Miami Dade, Broward and Orlando Housing Authorities, as well as various property management companies. My passion for real estate stems from my previous career and I enjoy seeing people live their dream of homeownership.
