| Introduction | I would really like to be a pirate, not a modern day pirate, one from the golden age of piracy (1716-1730), perhaps Major Stede Bonnet. He was perhaps the most gentlemanly of all pirates of that era, as he did prefer to swap goods rather than just taking it from his prey. I have been reading up on piracy for the past year, mainly because when it becomes possible to travel back in time I would like to fit in. |
