Introduction	Hey, I'm making this blog for a U.S. Government class. I want to take U.S. Government since it is required, but I think it will also be great to know more about a big topic that affects everyone. I hope to get a better understanding of Government, since it is so important and I don't know that much about it. I don't have much political experience. I have voted once, which was in 2010 for the Governor's election. I think I could become more involved and interested after this class. I have mainly liberal views on issues. My family and friends are generally more liberal, so they are a lot the influence on my views. I took the quiz from americancivicliteracy.org and got 59% correct. I also took a current events quiz from Pew Research Center Interactive and got 42% right. I look forward to posting and reading other blogs and views on politics!
