| Introduction | I am an Indian American female who has been vegetarian for 18 years. I have watched some really good and informative documentaries about plant based diets and veganism in the last two years including Vegucated and Planeat. I recently decided to try a two week experiment to see if I could go fully vegan. If I succeed and find it sustainable, then I will evaluate making a more permanent lifestyle change. This blog is to track how the transition in diet is going and what I learn along the way. Oh, did I mention, I live in the South! |
