Introduction	I am a stay at home dad of a 13 year old special needs son which offers many a challenge! A fish out of water, frustrated daily by society telling me I should be out hunting, killing something and dragging it home for the family to eat and the reality that if we don't take care of Little "B", no one else will. That is why I run, to channel frustration, to see the beauty that surrounds me, to stay in shape, all of the above and more. I am at peace when I run!
