| Introduction | After more than 20 years of drug and alcohol addiction I stopped self medicating. The mask of substance abuse was removed and it uncovered the underlying issues. Social phobia and generalised anxiety disorder. So now my anxiety is prescribed by my doctor with anti-depressants and more manageable.
