| Introduction | I'm a single parent who has decided to return to school and beginning a blog would be a way for me to meet and network with other single parents and individuals who enjoys baking. About a year ago, I saw Bakerella's Angie Dudley on the Today show, making cake pops, that is when I became hooked on the now popular treat. I've always had a desire and enjoyed baking since I was eleven years old, and have always found myself in the kitchen trying to make a cake or cookies and just enjoying myself. Recently, my son asked me why did I enjoy making cake pops? My response was simply, It makes me happy and that I just enjoy baking. |
