Introduction	Just a girl who loves food. I'm an Army wife, a mother of two, and a massage therapist. I'm friendly to both kosher and vegetarian cuisine, and have a special squishy place in my heart for desserts. Just a note about the strictness of my kosher recipes - I rely on hechshers whenever possible, but if none can be found, I rely on the ingredients panel. Any recipe that is not already kosher or vegetarian will have substitutions recommended to make it so. I do include eggs and dairy in vegetarian recipes. If you are vegan, you would probably know better than I what substitutions would work best, though I always welcome questions or suggestions.
