| Introduction | Louis H. Campbell, (Ph.D. in Theatre from the University of Minnesota) has an extraordinary career. He has started three theatre programs at institutions of higher education, served as head of departments for 36 years, engaged in administrative and management consulting in theatres worldwide, and has directed live classical theatre, opera, physical theatre, dance. He has also directed and acted in both film and television for over 40 years. Dr. Lou’s expertise has assisted in the design and construction of well over 100 theatres, churches and convention centers worldwide. Mort notable cites are the Casa de la Cultura, Quito, Ecuador; Centro de Convenciones, Cartagena, Colombia; Teatro Alma Rosa, Barranquilla, Colombia; Ruth B.
