| Introduction | I work as a volunteer for the organisation Mercy Ships, living on board the Africa Mercy which is a hospital ship that provides free specialised surgical care to the poor and needy of West Africa. I myself though am not medical at all, a large portion of the ships 400 crew are supporting the hospital and helping the ship run, from cooks to engineers to the ships captain. I myself have done several jobs on board from been a cook in the Galley to helping run the shop that is on board and now I am working as an accountant on board. So that's a bit about me here I just post of bit of what I get up to day to day.
