| Introduction | Leif started building at age 16. He attended Dixie College and received his degree in Architectural Drafting and soon after obtained his contractors license. Leif is able to assist home owners in creating their beautiful custom home from the very beginning stage of design to the completion of their dream home. Because of this combination of being a draftsman as well as a contractor, Leif is able to design to fit any budget. A few things that set him apart from other builders is his comitment to the home owner and the job. He is on the job checking all phases of construction carefully. He can be contacted at any time by the home owner for any concerns, changes or upgrades and can meet on the job anytime. He makes himself more available by not over-booking himself. Another is communication with the owners. He is honest with his contracts with no hidden costs and ensures that the homeowners get exactly what they are paying for.
