| Introduction | My name is Vince Ruhl. I currently reside in Norfolk Nebraska, I live here because of school. I am a student at Northeast Community College for Audio Engineering. I would like to work with sound for my career. I currently own a pro/home studio of my own, where I record local musicians and my own music. I am creating this blog so that people can follow me on my journey to better my life. I am going to begin a very intense diet that will only allow me to drink juice. This is called "juice fasting". I got the idea when my girlfriend (Sam) and I watched the inspirational documentary, "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead". I've never done anything like this before... telling everyone my story will hopefully make me stick with it. |
