| Introduction | I am vegan for a variety of reasons; health being primary. Dispite this, I am an overweight vegan. My weight issues are not personally perscribed; I have been told by my doctor to lose a minimum of 25 lbs. in order to be close to a more ideal weight. Currently, I am a 5'4" 27 year old woman who weighs 164 lbs. I am documenting my lifestyle and journey to establish some accountability with myself, as well as to educate others and hopefully meet more people like me or those who have experienced similar struggles.
