| Introduction | I'm a 31-year-old stay-at-home mom and I am starting this blog to share my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I'm hoping that if I'm sharing what I am doing with others then I'll be more apt to stick with it! And maybe I'll help somebody else along the way too. My current goals are to learn to eat healthier, lose some weight, tone up, and work on my 5k time.
