| Introduction | Ramot Mangatur Simanjuntak has 12 years of English teaching & training experience. He has motto: English should be everyone’s second language in this world. Ramot is a graduate of Catholic University of Thomas University (1998) majoring in English Language & Arts, and Unindra University, Master Degree on Education of English Language (2010). He joined and organized several seminars, workshops and English courses in Jadebotabek, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, Lampung, Probolinggo, Pekan Baru, Banyuwangi,Pontianak, Landak and Batam. Assist, motivate and explain why internet is so important and useful for English and non-English teachers. During the past he has combined and developed training schedules and courses to become a facilitator, bilingual teacher, bilingual school and bilingual teaching trainer. Until today being a teacher trainer and the Founder of RayProFoundation ; a bilingual consultant (training and coaching) in language brainware, hardware and software.
