Introduction	I have been vegan since 2006 and it was one of the best decisions I've made for me and my family. I've always enjoyed cooking and baking but being vegan has opened my palate up to a whole new world of ingredients and foods I've never used before and now love! I've also been using more gluten free recipes due to my son's gluten sensitivity. I love being outdoors, it makes me feel so alive and more connected to everything. We are all connected and that's why we need to be kind to each other, all animals and to our earth. Peace!xoxo
