Introduction	Hi So this is my first attempt at a blog and this, so I'm told, is where I write about myself and where I get stuck as when I've previously read other people's, they have a lot more exciting lives than me. So have more to write about but apparently I have to complete one so here it goes: I'm a 30 something dad with a beautiful daughter and girlfriend, I enjoy cooking and have been experimenting with bread making and have begun to get interested in baking and pastries too.I also get pleasure in cooking for family and friends. So hence this blog. Outside of the kitchen I take pleasure in walking around in the countryside and exploring new places. I also play darts for a local team. Along with watching cookery programmes I watch sport programmes such as snooker, darts and F1.
