| Introduction | It has taken me over two years to build the courage and the gumption to get off my arse and follow my body's call to become a vegetarian. I've craved fresh foods - and ignored it for far too long.
But, to quote Anne Shirley (of Anne of Green Gables), "Tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it!" All I can do is take things one day at a time. This journey may be difficult, with frustrating setbacks along the way. Because I am approaching this path understanding that, I have decided to treat each "mistake" with love and patience, and simply vow to do better next time. So follow me along the way! Celebrate my successes, and help support me on this grand adventure when the going gets tough. |

Why does the taste of pennies remind you of losing a tooth?
