| Introduction | I'm a 24 year old guy who just adores food and nearly everything about it. (Nearly because gaining weight is a terrible 'side-effect'. Damn you metabolism!) And in that adoration, I enrolled in a culinary school in Manila wishing to further immerse myself in a gastrocentric (if its not a word, it should be) lifestyle.
