| Introduction | Some people are frustrated with Christmas because it is too commercial. Some people are frustrated with Santa because they think Jesus is the reason for the season. I personally get frustrated that I would love to give people things that made me think of them but often can't afford it. It isn't about a physical object to wrap, a gift is a gesture. And Santa Clause... jolly old St. Nick is just as real as you and I. In fact through us emulating his generosity we collectively keep his spirit (you might even call it holy) alive. So this year I am hoping to be able to give a total of 365 hours of service work for my friends and family. |
