| Introduction | I am the “Lone Quilter” & “Lone Scrapper” because when I began quilting and scrapping, I had no quilting or scrapping friends to speak of. That all changed once I started working at my LQS and blogging. I am an all-around crafty person with my favorite hobbies being quilting and scrapbooking/paper crafts. I started quilting when I got married almost 10 years ago. I am the first to admit that I am not the best quilter, but I can hold my own. I am always learning new techniques, especially from my quilting buddies. For scrapbooking, I take inspiration from all around me. I never know what’s going to inspire a scrapbook page – sometimes it’s a photograph, something my kids say, the cover of a magazine, a tough time in my life or a simple, everyday joy. All I know is that it’s so therapeutic! I have been married to the best guy on earth for 10 years and have a beautiful little girl and handsome newborn boy.
