| Introduction | I am 41 years old. Mother to 2 girls of 19 and 17. Living with partner. I have started this blog to document my progress in to my 40s as I try to come to terms with/ward off the aging process :-) Since January I have given up smoking, lost 42lbs in weight and started a fitness regime. |
