Introduction	Running became a huge part of my life for over 30 years, during this time i have completed everything from a mile upto 96, which was the West Highland Way Race in 2011, in January 2015 i turned 50 and was about to change my running forever by competing in the 21st GUCR- 145 Miles from Birmingham - London
