| Introduction | Dawn married in to the Boucher Family. She quit her job as a licensed insurance agent, attended the Community College of Vermont, and in 1999, started a small business making cheese on the farm. She writes a bi-monthly column for the Enosburg Country Courier called "Life on the Farm" (for 20 years), and contributes recipes and stories to the Green Mountain section of the Burlington Free Press. |
