| Introduction | I am an artist working in assemblage, mixed media painting, and collage. Most of my work is created from found objects. I enjoy altering and combining disparate things to tell a story or convey a concept. The creative process is a powerful thing. I believe everyone has the ability grow and to discover new ways of looking at the world through creative expression. The biggest step, and the most enjoyable, is to forget what you think you know about art or what being an artist is suppose to be and just do art. If you doubt what I say, just study the beauty and truth in art made by children. |
