| Introduction | I am a mom, a step-monster (according to some), and a loving wife amongst other things. I am about as independent as they come and just about as stubborn to boot. I will fight with a passion for what I believe to be right and will be just as quick to back down when shown I am wrong. I believe you should own your actions and the effects they cause. I believe in business and not so secretly wish that everyone would think like one. I believe in true solutions to the world's problems, but know that on the surface those solutions sometimes feel cruel. I believe that you should do everything you can to stand on your own two feet but ask for help when you are weak or in need. I believe in teaching kids responsibility and that "No" is a real word. I believe that there is a difference between a spanking and a beating and that there are times when the former is necessary while the latter is abominable. But overall, I am just a free spirited and happy girl who is trying to make her way in a world that isn't always fair or nice. |
