| Introduction | My name is Kaz and I am on a weight loss journey. I am 44 years of age and am married with a grown up daughter. I love to cook and people often ask me how i manage to cook so well, live well on my budget, because they cant manage on theirs. so i decided to share my info here. You can live really well, be happy and healthy without huge amounts of money. I had to learn this many years ago when my husband had a serious accident, and we were left without an income overnight. It was certainly a learning curve, and made me see life differently. Lots of people have situations arise that put them in the same boat. I hope my ramblings are of help to someone. |
