| Introduction | Thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Monica and I am the wife of an awesome husband named John and a proud Mommy of a sweet, beautiful little girl named Samantha who was born with multiple disabilities as a result of a chromosome 18q- deletion. I am also a professional volunteer (wink, wink) and Sam is my inspiration for the many volunteer projects that I participate in for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
