Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Umm i would like to say that im too busy to shave but thats not really the case, i just don't do it. Anyway you know how the little hairs stick to things, well they stick to scarfs and that kinda hurts and itches. Therefore i don't wear a scarf even when it is cold.
