| Introduction | I am a Celiac, My fiancee is not but he is gluten intolerant.My dead husband, my grown daughter and her son (he is 4 now) are also Celiac. Her hubby is not. I have found through being Celiac that we are removed from the most important bonding rituals of human kind. That of breaking bread together. There has to be a way to fix that. |
