If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
I wouldn't avoid laughing. I might even throw in a flagellant sound. This in turn would make my crew laugh, causing a boost in the overall morale of my ship, and ultimately prevent a mutiny. Brilliant!
