Introduction Zoë Hendon is the Head of Collections at the Museum of Domestic Design & Architecture (MoDA). Zoë manages the MoDA team and is responsible for the museum’s involvement in research projects in line with the University’s overall strategic direction. She is currently working with North Finchley Town team on a project in Barnet Grand Arcade. On behalf of MoDA, Zoë is a member of the Material History Research Cluster, part of the Art and Design Research Institute at Middlesex University. She is currently undertaking a part time PhD, with her own research focusing on the history of the Silver Studio as a cultural artefact, and its relationship to art and design teaching since the collection was donated to Hornsey College of Art in the late 1960s.
