Introduction	My name is Kat Russell and I am a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. I am 8+ years sober and I live aboard a 44 ft sailboat named Island Bound. I left Seattle in May of 2010 beginning an around the world cruise with my husband who is not in the program. I am starting this blog as a way to create and experience recovery away from my regular routine of AA. I dont know what this new sobriety will look like but anxiously look forward to whatever unfolds for me on this part of my recovery journey.
