Introduction	My name is Jesse Marsh and I live in Solna, Sweden with my wife Jessica and my daughter Esther. I have been cooking for the last 15 years in the United States, Italy and now Sweden. My main focus and passion comes from the Italian influence of both cooking methods and ingredients used.
