| Introduction | OMinneapolis is the creation of local resident and yoga-lover, Meredith Fox. During the day, Meredith is a management consultant, but in her free time she is all about yoga! Meredith fell in love with yoga while sweating through sun salutations at CorePower Yoga. It was there that she truly experienced the transformational effect yoga can have on one’s body, mind, and spirit. She has since had the honor to train with famous yogis and local gurus alike. In October, Meredith will complete her 200 teacher training with the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She hasn’t decided yet if she will actually teach, but she feels blessed each and every day to be a part of the vibrant yoga community in the Twin Cities. Meredith is currently working on her handstands and opening up her heart chakra. |
