Introduction	Bordered by Market Street on the South and the State Fairgrounds on the North, we are Salem's NoMaSoFa (North of Market/South of the Fairgounds) neighborhod. Here you'll find an economically, ethnically, and racially diverse mix of friendly people: artists and musicians, retirees and young families, professors and masons, teachers and nurses, State and City employees, bartenders and wine makers, landscapers and truck drivers, renters and homeowners, organic farmers, free spirits and more. We take pride in our homes, throw great block parties, and enjoy easy access to I-5, downtown Salem, the u-pick berry farms just East of town, and the taquerias and other ethnic businesses of North Lancaster. At the end of August every year, we enjoy the sounds and sights of the Oregon State Fair, and we walk our dogs on its grounds the rest of the year. We swap gardening tips and plant clippings, borrow each others' lawnmowers and pickups, and wave to each other when we pass in the street. Get to know us today!
