Introduction	I'm the owner of Be The Runner, a personal running coaching business, where I coach adults of all abilities. I am a Level 2 USATF certified coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. I am the frosh-soph cross-country and track (distance) coach at Alameda High School in Alameda, CA. I've been a competitive runner since 1978; I also do triathlons and have even done an open water swim race and a cycling road race.
