Introduction	Parents and child caregivers around the world are responsible for ensuring children receive proper nutrition and exercise. The cure for childhood obesity is right in front of our eyes - it's called proper parenting and nutritional education. Through this blog it is my goal to provide parents and adults with the awareness of how they can help prevent and educate others of the childhood obesity epidemic - we are all responsible for the future of our world. Children will only know what we teach them. Please support the cause of prevention! Eat well - eat smart - eat real food! If you don't eat smart - at least feed your kids real food (quality fruits/vegetables).
