Introduction Chef Zee here... Hello and thank you for checking out Chef Zee's Foodie. Here learn great tips to make food & dining at home fun & healthy. My focus is keto, which primarily for me means lots veggies & proteins. I discovered this journey 2.5 years after struggling with being super obese most of my adult life. I am no longer considered to be that anymore. I have also found that meal planning & prepping has contributed to my success. Once, the meal is planned & prepped, there's no fuss, no overeating, no random junk foods consumption. Although I am not a clinical dietitian, I found something that works for me & I am hoping to inspire someone else out there. My heaviest weight was 396. My lowest weight was 198. Currently weighing in at 226. Keto really worked for me, so as they say if it ain't broke don't fix it. So I am sticking with what has helped me. When it comes to dropping pounds, you must not give up. Believe in yourself!
