Introduction	Manish Desai grew up in Gujarat, India and presently lives in Naperville, IL, USA with his family. Manish is a Director, Support Services in SAP America’s Consulting practice. He has over 15 years of professional experience leading IT enabled global business transformation projects with particular focus on ERP solutions and Logistics business processes. Prior to joining SAP America, Manish was an Experienced Manager with Capgemini and a Manager with Business Consulting Practice of Arthur Andersen. Manish received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA in Marketing from India. He also has a Master’s in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
