Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Ans: If I would wear a scarf when it's not cold outside I would overheat myself....I would live; but i'd limit my ways of functioning if my brain is constantly getting a signal of me being overheated. Thats why I wouldn't wear a scarf when its warm. On the contrary if it's cold, I'd like to keep my neck warm as the neck and torso need to always be around 37c for my brain to function well.
