Interests	As a fully accredited Mindfulness Trainer I've worked with many different groups, including National Health Service clinicians and the Ministry of Defence, with soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. I'm regularly invited to speak at conferences, for example I was keynote speaker at the Mindfulness in Mental Health Care conference organised by by the Spiritual Care Team of Sandwell Mental Health and Social Care Foundation Trust.
