Introduction Thanks for visiting! I create my own recipes for all occasions using the best ingredients. Always free range, Fairtrade and organic or farm assured. My flour is from Doves Farm and my eggs free range, often from Andrew at Gill Wing Farm in Kent. I use packaging from a family run business whom only sell environmentally friendly products and If You Care baking products which are chemical free!
I trained as a patisserie chef. My yummy Salted Caramel Brownies will be at the Railway Tearooms and Estate Office Coffee both in Streatham, London daily. I make special occasion cakes.
